General Shipping

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping TIme: Average Shipping is 4 - 10 Days Worldwide After Processing.


Delivery Times:
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier and destination. Estimated timeframes provided at checkout are not guaranteed. 

Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS where available.

 

Logistics and Responsibility

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Address Errors: If you notice an error, please contact us immediately; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. These delays do not qualify for refunds.

Lost or Stolen Parcels: Responsibility transfers to the shipping provider once handed to the courier. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.

Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unpaid customs fees, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
