Returns & Hygiene Policy
Final Sale: Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, all sales are final once the packaging has been opened, worn, installed, washed, coloured, or altered in any way.
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges may only be considered if the item is unused, in its original condition, and the security ties/bands remain intact.
Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Product Disclaimer
Natural Variations: Our bundles are made from natural human hair. Because of this, slight variations in colour tone, texture, and pattern may occur between bundles. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Chemical Processing: We do not guarantee results after chemical processing (bleaching, dyeing, perming) or improper maintenance.
Recommendations: Professional installation and colouring are strongly recommended.
Longevity: Longevity depends on individual care routines and usage.
