Final Sale: Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, all sales are final once the packaging has been opened, worn, installed, washed, coloured, or altered in any way.
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges may only be considered if the item is unused, in its original condition, and the security ties/bands remain intact.
Timeframe: Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
